Northern Leasing, New Merchant Services, EIS, JP Morgan Bank, Northern Leasing Deceptive, Fraudlent, Misleading & Dishonest Practices Ripoff Mount Pocano Pennsylvania
New Merchant Services/EIS a.k.a. JP Morgan Bank is what I believe to be the Sales Department for Northern Leasing which is located in New York, New York. NMS/EIS is an Internet-based business lures innocent victims into signing a long-term contract through deceitful business practices.
NMS/EIS provide new consultants with equipment such a credit card terminal although the new consultant does not have the business or clients. If you don't make any sales, not only is there a monthly fee for the equipment but there is an additional fee for not making any sales. So Northern Leasing is making money whether or not a person is selling any products.
NMS/EIS provide new consultants with a free website that basically sits. This website is a dormant account and is just a cover-up of their fraudlent practices. The website is essentially another selling tool to lure in new consultants.
NMS/EIS provide new consultants with dropshipping companies that can be considered middle-men. The merchandise is extremely high, the shipping fees are outrageous, and there is a dropshipping fee on top of all the shipping fee. Therefore, the seller will never make a real profit. Especially not enough to pay for the leasing equipment.
NMS/EIS provides a Merchant Service Guaranty that is basically a piece of black ink that means nothing. Once you sign the agreement, that Merchant Service Guaranty is worthless. They do not make good on their promises, and when you request that assist you with finding another candidate for the equipment, they ignore you, stop taking any of your phone calls, and threaten to stop providing their support... which is not any support. They suckered you into signing a lease so why do they really care.
In order for you to get out of the lease, they require the new merchant to find a candidate and refer them to their representatives which is another way for them to get more consultants. I provided them with a prospect candidate but I truly believe that once they get the agreement back from my person, they are not going to transfer the lease to him. Which is also a fraudlent practice.
NMS/EIS, JP Morgan & Northern Leasing is all one company within a company to deceive innocent people who just want to find an alternative way to supplement their income. Unless a person has the resources to build/stock up an inventory, using these dropship companies is a waste of time and money. The only people that gains from this is the people who suckered innocent people into leasing agreements that are misleading and deceptive.
NMS/EIS & Northern Leasing need to be stopped in their tracks. This is a leasing company for credit card terminals... not a business to help entreprenuers get a head start. What good is a credit card terminal if you don't have a real business or clients.

Why do you use the term Misrepresentation? You contacted us for a Merchant account through a contact form from one of our many referral sources. This we have a legal record of. We simply provided you with the Merchant Services our firm offers.
Now as far as I can tell you received a Valid Merchant Account (Line Of Credit to receive funds the Visa / MC Network), a New Nurit 2080, 15 Business Consulting Sessions we offer as a courtesy to ALL New Clients. Not to mention an abundance of Supplier Resources available if you needed. Of which you used and made money I can proove. Now you are using the Curious Term Misrepresentation after speaking with the Leasing Company. Please note ALL Fees are disclosed prior to signing contracts, During the Signing of the Contracts (Its In Writing on both the lease and merchant application), as well as disclosed at the time of the installation of your System where the Leasing Company Verbal's the lease (By telling you about ALL THE FEES) and its Terms & Conditions and they ask if this is acceptable. You Said Yes.
So, I have a hard time believing you were wronged in anyway. We do however want to extend our hand to assist your business.
There was NO Misrepresentation since you solicited US. Not the other way around. Also The Owners of MBF Leasing: Lori Lefline, Brian Fitzgerald & Bill Healy were briefed abiout the types of business we specialise in (Home Based / Internet / Start up Business). They Accepted these contracts and we can proove it. Please be aware that we are not a part of EIS, we are an option for merchant services if you choose. It clearly stated you did NOT need to use our services. So even if you can find Merchant Services Cheaper, there is no law against charging more for OUR Services. We offer more to our "Working Clients". Also be aware Northern Leasing has over 230 Negative Feedback on the OFFICIAL BBB Website, and they received a Poor Rating from them, yet they are bashing us (If thats not "The Pot Calling the Kettle Black": (copy & Paste into your browser)

This is nothing more then a "Witch Hunt" that my attorneys are going to seek compensation from ALL PARTIES THAT ARE SLANDERING MY COMPANY! We Broke NO Laws! We Disclosed ALL Contract Terms & Conditions Before, during and after signing. These accusations are Frivolous and Discriminated. I have retained a Law Firm that Specializes in these areas.

But to blame others for Your lack of hard work or due diligence is not only unfair, but is narrow minded to pass the buck on blame of not reading, not listening or not following instructions. Again we broke no laws or misrepresented anyone.

CORRECTION to a recent reporting on Northern Leasing. After researching and speaking to representatives at Northern Leasing, I have learned that Northern Leasing is NOT AFFLIATED with JP MORGRAN, EIS, NEW MERCHANT SERVICES, or J.P. LIPSKI.
Northern Leasing is a financing company that does not intend to or deceive or swindle new merchants or customers into signing a leasing equipment agreement that have no knowledge of.
Northern Leasing was very helpful with investigating my claim against JP MORGAN, EIS/NEW MERCHANT SERVICE. I have been assured that they do not agree with EIS/NMS' practices and their scheme of business.
Again, I would I would like to say that NORTHERN LEASING is not the ripoff company, it is JP Morgan a.k.a. EIS/New Merchant Services.
Northern Leasing please accept my apologizes for orginally affliating your company with JP Morgan a.k.a. EIS/New Merchant Services.
