I had a question about the amounts this company was withdrawing from my bank acount, and got no reply to my question. So, I put a block on their ability to withdraw from my account, knowing when the money stopped, they would certainly call. Eventually they did, but I was out of the country.

After 7 phone calls to the clerks in my store, Kyle finally listed the fact I was unavailable and the cell phone number at which they could reach me the day I returned.

Phone calls continued on a daily basis to the clerks who repeated the message and often times, the caller would acknowledge they had such a message on their screen. However, the calls continued and many times were rude in nature.

The morning I returned I received a call, discussed my concerns with the woman with whom I spoke. I gave her my credit card number to pay my bill. Later that day, I still received calls.

Three days later I received a call from Marion who informed me my bill was still due. He told me it was not his or his company's fault she did process the charges and demanded I pay right then and there. He assured me there was no other charge from Northern Leasing on my card. I paid, again.

I still receive calls from this company regarding the bill I've paid twice. This company sure doesn't care about PR. The officers must train their callers to be aggressive, rude and almost nasty.

I certainly hope my credit bill does not indicate two charges or I will be back on this site.
Read your lease very carefully.
