Northern Leasing Systems charged us an extra month for equipment we rented from them long after they received the equipment back within the 60 day period of our original agreement. Do not give them your bank account # as that is how they charge you for the equipment and they refuse to put the money back into your account. They will tell you that they are mailing a check which they never send. We have contacted them numerous times and now they just will not answer your phone calls. They transfer the calls and then just hang up on you after putting you on hold forever.

Ylenna Ferrins in the rental supervisor and she is the person that is obviously directing and condoning the fraudulent behavior by her employees and will tell you one thing and never do it!!

They also do not tell you about a charge for insurance on each machine per month until weeks after you have the machines. It is not much but they hide that little $2.50 fee per machine a month from you until you receive a legal notice in the mail about how you failed to provide them with your business insurance certificate when they never asked for it originally.

This company is so sneeky and fraudulent it's ridiculous. Why hasn't the FTC or some lawsuit shut them down??
