Complaint Review: Northern Leasing Systems

Northern Leasing Systems held back money owed to me from debit gift cards, wanted confidential info on who was my customer and where did he live and his phone number. cost me frustation and time. never have i failed to pay this company. been with them for 1 year. awfully espensive. they also did not explain the terms and the other processing fees up front. they harassed me each mo. for payment-i had them on auto pay New York New York

My small business was solicited by Northern Leasing Systems Inc by phone a year ago. I signed up. But I was not told about all the additional charges I would receive.

I also set them up to be automatically paid. They constantly called every month asking how was I going to pay them. So I finally asked, now how are you supposed to be paid and kept on telling them that if they keep on harassing me each month I would send the equipment back. They then looked more closely at their records and saw the auto pay set up.

The final topping is this. After never missing a payment to this rip off company, they held back my payments of debit prepaid gift cards and caused me great frustation. Now I am cancelling, they are probably going to come after me, but not without a fight. I have already reported them to the FTC.

What really got to me is the fact that they were saying that they had to match the name on the card to the person using it. There are no names on prepaid gift cards. Absolutely made no sense.

Then they violated customer confidentiality by asking questions as to who was my customer, where did he live and what was his phone number. They were going to call my customer! I have never been up against such a thing as that. I told them I never wanted to use the machine again.

I called the issuing debit gift card company and they said that the cards were approved via online and the authorization number came from them. The cards were valid, I knew this from the beginning. I just lived out a week of frustration from them. They finally released the money into my account after I put it to them that they were in breach. But they must have taken some sort of fee out for their trouble this week, cause it was missing about $4 and some change.

But no business or customer of a business should ever have to go through this.

I am now going to have to and have had to make arrangements to keep them from getting to me. There should be zero toleration for this and that is what I am getting ready to tell them in a letter.

Simply put. Payment to Northern Leasing Systems Inc without them providing service is breach of contract on their part and there is zero tolerance for paying for...no overpaying for a service you cannot and did not receive. Breach breach breach....come on Northern Leasing Systems Inc, you messed with the wrong client this time!!!!
