Complaint Review: Northern Leasing systems inc

This company scamed me one evening by phone and I fell for it. They said my company was red flagged and my present visa company were in trouble for price hiking. They said they would get my over charges back for me. And pay the $495 fee if I switched to their company. They used by old bankstatment and said, If I had them I would have paid less including using their machine. Ok then sign me up, I said! I trusted them and was signed up under False-Pretence(which is a feloney in the state of Ohio) and total Fraud. The lady said, just sign the pages, no need to read, your not helf to this if something goes wrong. Its everything I just said, so no worry, you will get what I promised for the next 3 yrs.

When the bank statement came it was way over what they said, with extra fees added and came to more then my old company that they promised would be way lower. Never seen any of the money and all I got was over-charges. Its breach of contract and I canceled it and sent back their machine. Willing to take my lossof $500 and learn my lesson. 

This fraudulent company with its erroneous fees and leasing contract started calling and threatening me!! I was schocked at their behavior!! They say they are going to sue me and take all my business and everything I own. They say they want their money of $4,000 for breaking the agreement. I told them, "You broke it first I just canceled it".  I paid for the 2 months I used their $300,00 machine and I woe you nothing, infact they owed me everything I lost. Time, faxes, phone calls, stress, $500.00

They are the ones who commited Fraud and lied to me but they claim their representative is not their responsibility. But infact they are connected and if not then the person who signed me up was not qualified to present such a contract for this type of erroneous lease and therefore void.  The man from Northern, name Ivan and this other guy said, "Your a business person you shoud be use to scams"! I was again schocked at their responses.

I have discovered this company< Northernleasing has thousands of cases against them for scaming people. Some got lawyers and won their case and they had to pay them back the looses. Others are just crying the blues and trying to run from this evil company and its scam.

These scamers need shut down, even now they have cases in litigation. They have one office in New York(they lay low) but service all around the states and thats how they keep getting away with this. I am praying the Lord catch these thieves and stop harming "Small Business", thats who they target. People who are more easily scamed and cant affor to defend themselves.

They started screaming at me and threatening and then harrassing me by continually calling my cell phone each morning and hounding me at work until I yelled at them and said stop it. "Do not call me ever at work again and bother me, I owe you people nothing!"  So they stopped on my cell but then they started using a 1-800 # to bother me and sending bills in the mail and charges and fees for using their machine. I wrote them a letter and sent back their bill and wrote, Canceled and stop sending these and bothering me. I do not have your machine nor your program which was a scam and false to the core. You people are committing Fraud and need to be shut down.  

Thats why I decided to take the time and write this to help others stay away, be warned, and maybe help each other defeat this and get our money back and stop them all together. Amen!
