Complaint Review: Northern Leasing Systems - Infinity Data Corp.

The Northeren Leaseing Company called everyday to make sure we used there company for our credit card needs. We had opened a small business and were looking to avoid bank fee's in return for there machine.
Northern Leasing (infinity Data Corp) made an appointment to met with my Husband. The man came early and my Husband had not returned. The man assurred me that the process was quick and easy. He asked if the company was incorparated or if it was DBA. I told him that there was not partnership and that my husband had sole proprety. When asked if this was going to be a problem he relayed that as long as I signed his name for him.

He explained the machine all too well. I loved how helpful he was to explain the in's and out's of how to use it. And who to call if there was a problem with the machine.

After signing 3-6 forms, the process speed up and he no longer explained what the paperwork entailed. he stated that it was just procedure. The print was so small It was hard to make out most of it anyway. He quickly pointed to the spot where it needed to be signed and rushed off to the next signature line.

When we finally closed down the business. We were stuck with a $2600 machine that served us no purpose. After numerous phonecalls they stated that they could not speak to me. (even though I signed the paperwork)When my hudband relayed that he did not know that the contract was noncancelable.

They make sure to call every other day and at least twice a day. I feel as though we were very mislead and the salesman was very informed on how to get the consumer to sign the contract without worries. I now owe $59.00 a month or a buyout fee of $2,600. This companhy is a big scam!
