Northern Minerals ripoff on ebay Anchorage, Alaska
Dealt with this store in the Ebay Community. In my opinion this company should not be allowwed to do business anywhere on the internet.
I am just one of the over 60+ customers that they took money from.
I have been forced to filed a claim against them through the Attorney Generals Office in Anchorage.
This company lied, broke contract of seller to buyer, never filled my ordered and Paypal.com's buyer protection program refunded only a portion of my money.
I am trying to collect ALL the money I am out for I had to invest in other avenues to collect and process claims.
It has gone beyond a resolution. This companies other clients have emailed me direct and we are all working very closely to try and shut the company down. Because of negligence and stealing of innocents customers money!
We understand that Pay pal is deferring their account or something like that. Again I remind you that this is all my opinion.
What I am stating is true facts for me. none of this contained here in is to be used against this author to gain any compensation for.
This is true and correct in my opinion.

i was so excited to get your response!
Not because you were ripped off but because I ALL MOST LET THIS GO!
As small as my investment was in the company, it was the mere POINT!
yes contact the Attorney Generals office they will give you a link to download the form and make copies of everything!
Like I said my compalint was 58 pages long and I am only trying to collect less the 100 bucks.
I posted a conclusion on my report here in there is an email that I check. i will look for your in there!

OMIGOD Thank you so much for your Posting!
So everyone knows. I filed a 58 page report of all the things that entailed my complaint about Northern Minerals with The Attorney General. Also filed with the Better Business Burea. If you do a detailed search you will find both addresses.
At first friends and family were NON supportive of this.
My drive came because I DID NOT WANT anyone else to go through what I did! I was not fair!
There had been several individuals that have emailed me and I told them my story, after several weeks over 45 people contacted me via email and I was so glad I put myself out there to go after this company!
Thank you to all of you for giving me the support to press forward on this!
This type of internet company is the type that PLAGUES THE NET everyday!
Freedom of Speech is still a very Powerful Tool! Understand that when you put yourself out there on a limb, you are opeing the door for others opinion about you! That sacrifice was hard, because like all of you I have a personal life and kids.
i am glad I went all the way.
I now have friends and family that are supportive! yee haw
Don't let any consumer walk all over you whether it be a small company or a large.
I don't believe in suing all companies that did you wrong, I do believe in what is FAIR! Fair comes with case by case mediation, like BBB's and Attorney General Office!
The good ol' hand shake on a agreement - should alas be something that is PRACTICED BY ALL BUSINESSES. Basic Business Skills 101 is not hard to learn nor strive for.
Northern Minerals has taken advantage of innocent people all of the net and world! It is time for them to feel the effects they unfolded onto all of us.

I designed the website for Northern Minerals. Not only did they bounce a $900 check, but they didn't finish paying for. To make a bad story worse, they asked me to become a business partner and in lieu of extra hours (332 @ $90 per hour), that would be my investment.
I was hosting their site on my server and found out on Sunday morning they changed the DNS (which is their perogative, but they stole the site files which violates intellectual copyright law). I've contacted an attorney about this and the fines and possible criminal charges are steep.
So, I'm investigating avenues of recovering funds. I'm contacting the Anchorage District Attorney's office for the bad check and I'll go from there.
What's worse, I believed them. I thought they were honest people. Then, they made me feel bad for charging them $4500 for an e-commerce site that most designer's wouldn't touch for $10,000 or less.
You go, get 'em, because I'm on their butts too.
