Complaint Review: Northern Neck Transfer

I had booked a load going from Stockton, CA to Tucson, AZ on a Wednesday we had a signed confirmation to pick up on Thursday the following day. Thursday morning I received a phone call from Northern Neck Transfer, to verify pick up time and location, everything was a go. That Thursday afternoon I called at 12:45 PM to verify 1 PM pick up time. They said driver was about 20 to 30 min out which was fine!!

Due to personal business I had to leave the office for the day. Friday mid morning I received a call from my customer saying that the Truck never showed up and never picked up the load.

Immediately I Called Northern Neck Transfer the dispatcher Lester was gone so I spoke with the owner William he said that the night manager never called to notify me that about 3 or 4 they had a emergency reload out of the bay area for the government. I then mentioned the fact that is not possible because if the load was picked up on time like I was promised it was there would have been a load on the truck so the truck could not be used for any other loads.

He then said he would pick the load up the following Tuesday, which would not work due to the fact I lost my Customer and they already moved the load. Northern Neck was totally uncooperative in helping me reestablish my customer.
