This is a follow up to report #616093. I had pretty much the same experience as you did. Not quite as much money was involved but it was a significant amount. I don't know how these guys can stand to look at themselves in the mirror. They took the money that was supposedly for the purchase of Team Nation shares and gave it to Elite Global Trading without my verbal or written premission. Of course, by that time TEMN shares were pretty much worthless. I sympathize with your situation. Gary Schultz was very pesistent and after a while you start belieiving their BS. Robert Silverman seemed like an honest and sincere person but I guess that's the secret of being a good con man. In hopes of recouping some of the money, I went Ft. Lauderdale and met Gary Schultz, Robert Silverman and went to a presentation given by Fred Smilek of his "trading system". What a joke. Fred looks like something out of the cartoons, maybe The Joker in Batman, except he's got no redeeming qualities. His "trading system" as far as I could tell was nothing but a bunch of flat panel TV screens and a setup that looked like something out of Star Wars. After that I requested my money back and was told that I would not get it. It was an expensive lesson, but I learned one thing. Don't ever do business with anyone you don't know. If I had even made the trip to Ft. Lauderdale before sending my money, I never would have gotten involved.

There is one bright spot, these goons are currently being investigated by the State of Florida, Office of Financial Regulation. We probably will not get any money back but hopefully they will probably spend some time in prison being somebodies "girlfriend". If you want to contact the Office of Financial Regulation, the number is 954-958-5508. You may have some information that they could use in their investigation.

Couple of questions.

When did you go see their "trading systems"?

How many guys were in the "trading room"?

How many were on the sides (where there were a bunch of smaller monitors)?

How many were in the middle (where they have the fake worthless star trek fixture)?

Do you remember any names? (Ryan Ferderer? James Putra? Anthony Rousseau? Fred Smilek?)

This is a big scam ran by both companies. I have witness the items that you investors have purchased for them (lambos, trips, personally furniture, rent, etc.) They also had all employees as "interns" and never paid them a cent while promising them future pay. I really hope they get stopped.  I have witnessed their trading system...it does not work...fact. they CAN NOT show any profits from January till today, impossible. If they do, it is fraudulent. I have witness their trading results from January until about June...THEY NEVER FINISHED A WEEK PROFITABLE.
