Complaint Review: Northgate Financial Services

Northgate Financial Services i applied for a loan through this company for $10,000.00 and they took a collateral payment of $1,423.75 including wire fees. they did not give me the money and they disconnected their phone line. Arlington, Virginia

I applied for a personal loan through Northgate Financial Services on the 16th of July 2011.  They stated that they needed 5 months worth of collateral payments because of my credit rating. i sent them the money.  The loan was then to be deposited into my account in the amount of 10,000.00 within one business day. it was not.  they said that they had reassess my loan and they needed more money.  i sent them more money.  i wired the money both times to Barcelona, Spain.  The second time i was to receive the money into my account on the 8th o August 2011. i did not receive the money.  I called Jason Morris  who said that he was the Senior Loan Representative and his phone line was disconnected.  i then called western union and filed a complaint with them; i filed a police report for a crime of fraud with the arlington police department and i also filed a complaint with the internet fraud unit.  This company is taking money from us and they need to be stopped.  Both times the money was wired to Barcelona, Spain.  When i talked to Western union they said the only way to get this back was to file a complaint with the police department in arlington, Va.  Please do not deal with this company.  i did and now i am paying for it.  But hopefully with all of the complaints that i have filed against them they will be caught and put to justice.
