Northpoint ford sold us a lemon!! I was 4 months pregnant,the car before this one was always breaking down, my credit wasnt great and we needed a dependable car! we told them we needed a reliable car! they sold us a hunk of junk, and they did it on purpose!
The salesman used to own the car,and knew it had alot of problems. In a few months when it had major repairs needed, totaling about 3000$. We called northpoint and asked that they help us with a rental car. We had bought a warranty from them but they didnt want to cover the time it would take to repair it.
At this time, our baby was due and once agian our car was out of commission! They were total JERKS! Their response was WELL SOMETIMES YOU BUY A LEMON! HaaHHaa, NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM because THEY WILL STUFF YOU!!
