NorthSide Turnkey Service Dewayne T. Mayberry Hired to remodel 3 baths, put in woods floors, paint two rooms, Replace back door, put in ceiling fans etc. Paid a total of 23,000.00. Dewayne T Mayberry was hired July 2016 right after my husband had a massive heart attack. He started the job last year and as of today 6/23/17 has not completed the work nor delivered the supplies.He has blocked my number from calls Houston Texas
July 2015 I was referred to Dewayne T. Mayberry owner of Northside Turnkey Services by an employee at Home Depot. I needed to have some work done on my home and had save enought to get started on what I nedded to do. Dewayne T. Mayberry showed up at my homelooked at what I needed don't and sai he could do it. he asked for a deposit of 3,000 and started the job of remodeling the restrooms. Everyweek is was asking for more money but none of the areas were being completed before he started slacking off and finally he stopped coming and completely blocked my number. I have given him every opportunity to complete the job and after a year it is still not completed. I have spoken to other customers who have the same issue. He start the job, get your money and never completes what he started. My house is a mess and he don't care. I did some research and found that this is very common with him. He has several arrest for stealing. I need help with recouping my monies for the unfinished work or the work completed.
