Northstar Alarm Poor service with a never ending contract Urem Utah

Signed a contract with them for 5 years. During the time I had issues with my sensors. The technicians they sent out made it seem like the issues were all my fault. After the last year of the equipment not working, I bit my lip until we were finished with the contract. So shortly after the time was up, I went with a different company. To my dissatisfaction I found out that Northstar had my sensors installed incorrectly. Also, I found out that after 5 years, your locked into a 18 month contract. So, I've had to pay $655 for nothing.
