two days after ordering my waterproof case I tried to contact the company by e-mail, (there is no other way to contact them).  they have a online chat which is offline all the time.  one week later I contacted my credit card company and received an e-mail at 9:30 pm that night. I was told that they were extremely busy, that the item was sent out two days after ordering, apologized, and said they would resend. exactly two weeks later from the time I ordered,  I received my product, (no plastic seal and labeled with the wrong color). I sent it back and received an e-mail  for a partial credit minus $6.99 for shipping. buyer beware, very unhappy experience and would not recommend....
