NorthStar Financial CS Services fraudulent ripoff business from hell Phoenix Arizona
On December 3, 2002 I received a card in the mail stating that I was approved for a credit card with an extremely low interest. I thought this was a great way to help with the holdiays since money was so tight. I contacted the company and was told there was a one time fee of $249.00, I agreed and the money was debited from my account. I was guaranteed that I would receive the cards in time for Christmas. Although this was a set back, I
was excited because I would be able to get everyone I wanted too a gift.
Needless to say Christmas came and went and I did not receive any cards. It took me three weeks to get in touch with anyone from the company and I was told that they had been closed for the holidays. I screamed some unkind words at the woman who answered the phone and was told that I should receive my card within two weeks. Two weeks came and went and no cards, I called back and told them I wanted a refund and sent them the required letter and spoke with a representative and told them that if the money was not back in my account by Thursday, I was going to contact my lawyer and the BBB.
That Thursday there was no money in my account and no answer at the company since then. I am extremely appalled at the behavior of this fraudulent company and their dishonest employees and wish them a life of misery and hell. Please contact me at through this report, if you can help me get my money back from these scumbags. I am a struggling college student from Long Island and $249.00 would have paid for part of my books. NY is expensive too live, and if I get my hands on these creeps they will regret ever messing with me!! Please take caution and don't give your account info out over the phone!!! A sincerely unsatisfied customer. As for that employee who had a rebuttal he should really look into what type of company he works for before he opens his fat trap!!!!!!!
