I completed a pool cleaning job for NorthStar Preservation and have been only avoinded and given excuses on payment. I had great communication with Paul Tice up until the day I completed the job. From that day forward getting my money has been more than imlossible.

I sent multiple emails and left multiple messages on both Jarrod Buck's and Paul Tice's email addresses and phones. About a month after completion of this job and being delinquent in being payed. I text the owner Jarrod Buck from a random number and then he called immediately.  As I explained who I really was, he immediately cut me saying he was aware of the situation and had been put into rehab and couldn't talk or answer his phone. That of I couldnt get a hold of Paul Tice, that he couldnt do anything for me.. This mind you is the OWNER!!!

At the end of the 46 second conversation , Jarrod Buck promised me pay in two weeks when he was released from rehab. Again, extremely skeptical I had no other choice but to trust him and hope he was telling the truth.  Now another month has passed and yet again still no answers from either Paul or Jarrod. Mind you, this entire time Paul Tice of Northstar Preservation has the right and possibility to pay me and handle the situation!

Now I have no choice but to file a lien on the company and try and at least cover my losses. Somehow I doubt that will even be possible.

As an employee of NSP, I believe this story to be fabricated completely. None of these events took place. As I was informed by Paul and Jarrod, this particular contractor did immense damage to the house in question, costing our company thousands of dollars in further repairs. The job was not completed correctly, not by the given deadline.
