on Janural 07 2016 i placed an order for a Billet upper and lower to build a AR sporting rifle on the phone with Dustin Humbert the owner of Northtech Defense. after a few months i called to see were my parts are. I got nothing but every excuse why Northtech Defense has not been able to make the parts.
After another month or two i looked up the address so i could drive to there location, onice i found the location i had a bad feeling about the hole deal. The building was not in good shape there was no signage of any busniss and i knocked on the door. Dustin opened the door and acted kinda cagy as if he was hiding from some one. we talked about my parts i had orded and once again i got the run around. after leaving i just was not happy but i gave Dustin the benifit of the dought.
after a few more monthe i drove back to Northtech Defense and got the same answers ....nothing but now it was to late and my credit card co. said that after 6 months they could not reverse the charges so i started to file a small clams case against Northtech Defense. on June 23 2017 in Marion County court House I had won my Case against Northtech Defense for 1012.59$ and i am working with my attorney in the collection pase but Dustin had changed the parrent co. name so this will make it just a bit harderto colllect what is owed to me
