Northview Harbor Apartments Jane - Manager Lied Grand Rapids, Michigan
When signed lease at Northview Harbor Apartments, was told there was a complaint policy of 3 strikes and their out. For 2 months, made several complaints (with another neighbor), police report, and complaint to animal shelter for animal abuse. Leasing office made us believe they were going to be evicted but changed their mind when tenants begged to stay. We we're told there was no proof. Occupancy means most. Please don't sign a lease. Rule breakers are rewarded.
