As you can see above, I placed an order with this company on June 11, 2005. My debit card was charged and my account said "Processing". Well, it has been over one month, and I've sent over 8 emails to Northwest Glass Art since placing my order, and have not received a single response.

I tried calling the phone number I was able to aquire for the company, but this number rings to a mailbox, which is full, so you can't even leave a stern message. I see that others who have reported this company here have gotten at least some response from Northwest Glass Art, and since my previous attemps have been fruitless,

I have no choice but to file this report.

Northwest Glass Art says to please allow 7 days for orders to be received. I can see from previous reports that customers rarely get their orders within 7 days, but I think over a month, like in my case, is obscenely excessive. I've learned that a person named "Greg" is responsible for Northwest Glass Art. If something has happened to Greg, if he is dead, in jail?, or hiding-out in a bunker somewhere, his customers are owed an explanation, and a refund.

Northwest Glass Art's website needs to be shut down. Every day unsuspecting consumers like me fall victim to this con-artist's game.
