Northwest Glass Art Failed to complete my order after charging credit card. Lynnwood Washington
I ordered two glass pieces at $70 from this company and still haven't received anything. From the looks of things here I'm probably not going to. The guy was as helpful as could be when I was asking about the merchandise, even answering my questions within minutes via e-mail. But, as soon as I placed an order and my credit card was charged I quickly got the cold shoulder.
I am yet to get a reply(big surprise) from me asking where my stuff is. I received a confirmation e-mail and order number saying the products were shipped but on the website it says it's still processing (sound familiar.) I have already filed a complaint with the Washington Attorney General and plan to do the same with Visa.
I am shocked that this guy is still in business!
