I ordered a pipe from this company on 06/07/2005 and it was supposed to take 7 days to ship. My pipe has not come yet and my order status continues to say "processing". Second, I've seen this company multiple e-mails asking for a tracking number, about my order, and simply where my pipe is. Still no response.

This company (appearently run by someone named Greg) is unprofessional, falsely advertises, and has terrible costomer service.

After two weeks of waiting with no reply to any e-mail i posted a report on here, then sent an e-mail to Greg warning him of this submission. a few days later he followed through and me a confirmation e-mail and i got my pipe. So as a fair waring, it seems that if you need to get anything from this guy, you'll need to report him on here before he makes any action.
