On 11/7/06 I purchased a product from N. W. Glass Art's web site. I paid w/ a credit card which was billed immediatly, I was sent a reciept and order confromation via e-mail. The e-mail's contained refrence and order #'s but no tracking #.

I used the standard shiping method which according to the web site should take 5-18 days depending on your location. It has been 25 days and nothing in the mail yet. After about 10 days I e-mailed customer service. And over the following week and a half I have been sending e-mails every other day with no response...

On their website right now their is no phone # listed only a mailing address. After reading some reports on NWGA on this web site I found a number, but when I called the # it had been disconected rip off... I hope not...

Now it has been two months and still no word from NWGA. I think I have been scamed, but I still have hopes for the best.
