I have made several attempts to contact northwest glass pipes since a couple weeks ago with not so much as a simple reply. They say they're happy to answer questions but if you ask where your order is no reponse?? I don't really know what to do if I've been ripped off but I will try to take legal action somehow. Be caredul if you ttempt to buy from NWGP. The money comes off your card but no customer service or any kind of order tracking like every other respectable site has. All I wanted was answers and my glass that simple. So far none of the above.
