The owner of Northwest Pacific Group LLC Doug Lo and his unethical landlords arbitrarily lock tenant's agents out of the building called Wallingford Workspace on evenings and weekends when those agents work the most (in real estate). Without notice they deny access and when nicely asked to correct the problem, make up new rules to the lease that have not existed, requiring background checks of these professional agents who by the law of Washington State, passed a background check to be an agent in the first place, and try to charge these agents money for these mysteriously required criminal background checks. When a complaint is filed by the tenant to the Consumer Division of the Wa. St. Atty. General's office for lack of timely response from the landlord whereby tenant offered to submit the paperwork if the landlord wants to pay for the unecessary background checks, in tenant's follow up with the landlord asking again for a reply for quick resolution, landlord merely reminds tenant about how much time they have to respond to tenant complaint - according to the Atty Gen. office request - 21 days. And so continues the passive aggressive behavior of this landlord and in the meantime agent's access is still greatly limited. Consumer beware: your building access - where you pay full rent on time and comply with the lease agreed upon - may be haphazardly limited if you lease from these people, and with no legal reason, no apology, and for an undetermined amount of time.
