Don't be fooled by these folks. I have been going back and forth with them for almost 4 months, initially to see the proofs of my advertising that they promised, to just trying to talk to someone about the status of my ad!
Finally I was told that the product was already printed and mailed out, and if it went it was "probably because the proofs were right".

If I did business the way they do, and because I am actually in it to help people and not to rip them off, I would have gone out of business a long time ago.
I will be contacting my attorney in some hope of getting the money I gave them, thank goodness I didn't pay the whole amount. The "customer service person" told me flat out I wouldn't see my money again; but I am not going to just roll over on this one.

If you have already fallen for this scam, I am sorry...If you are smarter than me and are doing your research prior to giving them money...RUN AWAY! None of the restaurants on "the list" have seen a booklet, I haven't seen a booklet other than the example left by the salesperson, and none of the people in that book sounded very happy with the company.

Company keeps records of printed ads on file for renewal sales for the upcoming year. Am I to understand that you are carrying an unpaid balance with the company? Artwork may be delayed as a result of non-payment of your current invoice. When you write the company enclose any balance owed along with your letter this will help!
