Northmont Resort Properties LTD. has a new scam going which is circulating through the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Vancouver Registry dated April 18, 2013.
Northmont Properties Ltd has asked Petioner (Philip K. Matkin Professioanl Corporation) , in its capacity as trustee pursuant to an Amended and Restated trust Agreement dated July 6, 2010 to cooperate in the implementation of a restructuring and refurbishment of the Resort.
This Resort (Foremly known as Fairmount Resort) already filed for Bankrupcy .......
Owners have the following options:

The correct name of the resort is Northmont Resort Propeties Ltd., offices in Calgary, Alberta and Fairmont Hot Springs, BC. Operating as Sunchaser Vacation Villas.
There is no company by the name of Northwest Resort Properties in Alberta or BC.
The resort was formerly Fairmont Resort Properties Ltd., a time share resort. It did declare bankruptcy in 2010 and was bought by Northmont Resort Properties Ltd.
There was never a class action lawsuit. Some appeals are pending as of 2018.
