I terminated Norton Live services about 3 months ago and two months ago I was alerted by my credit card company that Norton had deducted a monthly fee from my account.   I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and they told me that it would take a week to 10 days to reapply the funds back to my account .  I contacted Norton , by email because trying to get the correct department by phone was next to impossible .     I once again reaffirmed my termination of their services .   But once again I was billed and was told the money was once again frozen from 7 - 10 days .

I then contacted Norton Live by phone , with the number that was provided by my credit card service (888-633-6984) .   I was put on hold at 9 AM and told I would be called back as soon as an agent was available. I called back at 11 AM and was transfered to another number (800-721-3934 ) after being placed on hold for another 15 minutes .  Was asked a bunch of repeated questions again and once again transfered to another  Norton Live number (877-788-4877) .

once again placed on hold for about 10 - 15 minutes listening to the horrible hold music , finally an agent picked up , asked how could he help , listen to my problem , told me to hold , 10 minutes later the call was disconnected .   I then dialed the first number I started with (888-633-6984) and spoke to an agent named Posh who went right to my account using my email address and phone number , and resolved my issue, within 7 minutes .  Each of the other agents asked for more information about my account and credit card and kept giving me the same answers , that they couldn't pull up any information on my account .

That's it for me with any Norton products or services .   I'm advising Family and Friends near and far to do the same .   The disruption of your life and time spent trying to put things back in order is definitely not worth it in the end .   They are worst than a returning robber .    I'll be advising my Friends on my 2 Social Networks  ( 600 something Friends on one and 200 something on the other) to drop services before it's too late and don't consider services if introduced ...
