Norton Symantec consumer Internet
Once Norton got a hold of my credit card # in 2008 they illegaly renewed every year without notice to me. I don't ever remember giving that number to them and they now posess at least 300 dollars from which I never received one ounce of service because they say they automatically renew (just like auto insurance, except Norton does not send the bill for you to pay...they just take it quietly!!!).
My wife who pays the credit card never realized that I never use Norton. I think it came free with a computer I had bought at that time. The fact that Norton refuses to repay what I never ordered means that they are unscrupulous theives scamming the consumer.
My credit card number had to be changed during that Norton Insecurity period of time, but somehow Norton Got a hold of the new number!!!!! They claim the Bank gives it to them? Go to hell Norton. May your thievery be cursed and may every person learn the truth about your unscrupulous pratices!!! Thank you ripoffreport for providing this forum.
