Norton Symantec took money frommy credit card twice, in 2016 and 2017, which were unauthorised. It took me a very long time to communicated with someone, and it was onlyy through chat.  Norton automatically renewed my  subscription without my consent and claimed that i have asked for the auto renewal. It is absolutely a lie, as i bought online a 3-year plan, and never asked for a renewal. Who in their right mind will ask for a renewal after 3 years! They claimed they sent me an emai lafter the 3rd year, when the emails in Singapore under the Telco has been changed. They claimed they do not check auto-reply from dead emails. A software company that does not have the abolity to check dead emails? A software company that happily renew and get money from small victims like me using online. How ironic that Norton is in the anti-virus business when they themselves are a big virus in the credit card community! I have reported to my bank olnly after Norton has stalled me for not repoprting as apparently the refund button will be stopped!  Norton is a big bully and steals money from unassuming users like me.  I am willing to join a class action suit to join the many people that Norton has bullied into taking money without unauthorisation. Guess what I finally received after many many attempts to claim my money - a call from an agent sayiong " Norton can give me the unused software!" Who wants their software when I did npot even ask for the subscription!
