Norton/Lifelock Lifelock Are not rendering the service I paid for

I went to my account to check my credit score after receiving an email from them telling me that my score had changed.  I could not pull up my new score or any other feature on my account.  I contacted their customer service (joke) and spoke to a woman that talked "Pidgeon" English who I could not understand. 

She had no knowledge and kept putting me on hold.  I might as well have been talking to the cleaning woman.  Now I am trying to cancel my service and that cannot be done either.  Please, what ever you do, don't fall for Lifelock's lies.
