NORVERGENCE RIPOFF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER NEWARK New Jersey

This will be very short and to the point.

Signed with Norvergence December 2004.

They lost all my cell phone information at least 5 times so it took forever to receive the 6 phones I needed for my business. The provider of the cell service was Sprint which has terrible reception, dropped calls and unnecessary roaming. Complained about that months ago and still waiting for new cell phones with a new carrier. I still am paying Verizon for 3 cell phones.

As of this date my businesses still are not hooked up. They came into my new location, which is still under reconstruction and cut the wires to my security system. I put Norvergence on notice that if the building is vandilized and inventory is stolen they are responsible. That just shows you the experienced technicians they hire. I gave them a firm connection date of May 15th and I doubt the hook up will not even be close to being completed by that date.

My main complaint is their customer service, or lack of!! They do not document any call you make to that department so you have to tell your story over numerous time to numerous people. I am so frustrated. The right hand obviously has no clue as to what the left hand is doing or saying.

Since they have not completed what the contract indicated, I am going to try to get out of this nightmare. Nothing is worth the aggrevation this company puts you through. How do they expect you to run your businesses with the lack of cooperation they provide you?

If you are thinking about signing with Norvergence (I call them Norvengence) DON'T DO IT!! Pay the extra it cost to remain with reputable carriers....its just not worth the aggrevation this company reeks havic on businesses.

I only wish I had "googled" them before I met with Norvergence and I wouldn't be writing this now.

This company is the most bizar, wierd, odd thing I have ever sen. It's bothersome because if they did what they said they would do, at every level of the business, it would be a great company. Instead, they seems to deliberately find ways to screw people. I hope they die on the vine! Actually, it's just a matter of time.

I feel your pain. I worked for norvergence about 2 weeks ago. They laid off about 500 plus employee's when I was in training. The Problem with this application is Norvergence is getting paid upfront for services they haven't yet installed at the customer location. As soon as the Matrix box is installed the bank releases funds to norvergence. Example: Gloria, let's say your total expenses for your company is 1,000 a month. Norvergence will give you a discount 0f 15% - 25% approx. Let's say 15%

$1000.00 - 15%= 850.00(total new cost) - $79.00(t-1)- $90.00(6 cell phones)- $36.00(3 toll free #'s)= $645.00(matrix box)this cost is what you will finance with the bank. The $205.00 is what you will pay to norvergence for services rendered.

Now, Gloria let's fiqure out what your cost will be to the bank. i.e. $645.00 div. by .0227 = $28,414.10 this amount is what norvergence will get from the bank without your services being installed.

The problem with this application is the customer is really getting shafted because you are paying for services upfront for 5 years regardless of bad customer service and you can't do anything about it because you signed a iron clad contract with the bank. Enclosing, I was very excited to be laid off from this company. Let me correct something I was laid off because I didn't know my scripts verbatim. I was fighting with myself if I truly wanted to work for a organization who didn't treat their customers and employees with respect.

So, Gloria it is what it is. You can sit around and let your blood boil or do something about.
