Complaint Review: NorVergence

My company is a victim of the failed scheme perpetrated by NorVergence and is eagerly seeking inclusion in any class action suits against NorVergence or Celtic Bank, the Salt Lake City bank holding our Matrix box equipment lease.

File complaints against NorVergence with your state's Public Service Commission or similar regulatory agency governing public utilities, which includes telephone companies. Contact your State Attorney General's offices and provide a report of these NorVergence ripoffs.

Collect and compile your double charges, list of failed promises and records of attempts to collect reimbursement from NorVergence that have resulted, and are continuing to result, from the fraudulent actions of this company. Be ready to provide these documents to the others who will eventually take up our cause.

Be ready to deal with the credit reporting companies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) if, or when, you stop paying your NorVergence bills and the bills for your leased equipment. Be proactive to protect your company's credit rating.

Shame! on NorVergence and the equipment lease financial institutions, such as Celtic Bank, for partnering to support this terrible business model.
