When Norvergence closed operation, they left me without cell phones or Long distance service. I since found out that I have been paying for a lease, which was entered inot by Norvergence and then re-sold by Norvergence to Wells Fargo. The lease is for a virtually worthless piece of equipment.

Norvergence claimed it is a "Matrix" box, that carries my phone service. I have since found out that the equipment is merely a DSL broadband router The face value of this lease is over $13,000.00 in payments for a router that probably has a value of under $150.00. Wells Fargo is now threatening a lawsuit to force me to continue paying the lease.

I want to end the lease immediately and return te equipment to Wells Fargo as full compensation without any further obligation.
