Norvergence ripoff Set me up with an incomplete phone system and sold the note to Dolphin Capital. Newark New Jersey

I was also a victim of Norvergence. They set me up just like everyone else. They supposedly were setting up my system and had alledgely sent all the components, all I was waiting for was the complete install of the phone system itself.

Dolphin had called in April when they had been sold the paper to confirm when my first billing was due (6.1.04). Come June one and still no install. I called Norvergence, could not get anyone to call back so I called Dolpin and talked to the same person who originally called me (Sandra Ferguson)from there and asked if she could get some action from Novergence. She said she would try but reminded me I still owed the payment due.

She did get someone to call back- again promises and excuses. They sent out techs on two different occasions to "inspect/inventory" the equipment in the mean time. When nothing happened after that I tried Sandra again and found out Norvergence is down and out!

I am missing the brains for the phones & Dolphin wants payments to continue. I wonder if Norvergence was telling Dolphin all the equipment was delivered & getting paid for it on top of inflating the value? I find it difficult to believe that Dolphin didn't know something since they called etc. and knew who to call for action.

I would like to know if anyone has a group of victims here in the Houston area that could band together to hire an attorney to file suit here in Texas and split the cost? I know class action sounds good but face it if the lawyers can't see how the money will come they aren't going to take the case and in the mean time we just wait.

Let me know if someone wants to join in on the attorney's fees.

Has anyone in Texas gotten an attorney? I would like to join forces with others who want to file suit here in Texas to get Dolphin off my back or force them into a more reasonable settlement.

I have an attorney I've been using to ask Dolphin for information etc. but so far they have stone walled us. I plan to file suit but would like to have others to share the attorney fees.

I'm not sure how to funnel phone numbers etc. but surely we can figure it out.
