As we all know, this company had been offering services that are not being provided. We received two salesman at our office about two years ago, they have promised us better service and we fell for it. We signed a contract for "5" years, yes!! big, big mistake, plus another contract for the leas of the MATRIX box. We move to a newer place and have request the transfer of our "T1" since 04-20-04.

Up to today, after been on the phone, wating to be assited by a customer service for more than 45min, everyday... yes every day. All the time we get a diffrent story and a diffrent transfer date. Today the line is bussy, hopefully they are out of bussines, how ever even if they do, we are stock with the matrix box for 3 more years. I try to return the equipment, but we were toll to pay $21,000. This is ridiculous. We are planing to place a law suit against Norvergence. Please advice if anybody else are.
