I am looking to join with or commence a class action suit against US Bancorp/ Norvergence. Has any company started one? Has any company been advised by an attorney if there is a prayer? Please advise.

Norvergence Victims...
..It is the opinion of the Rip-off Report staff that a Class Action will not work in this situation and will only lead victims down a long path of disappointment. In order for an attorney to take on such a case, there needs to be money. NorVergence clearly went belie-UP! / defunked / Bankrupt, which means, there is NO MONEY! Once a bonafide lawyer contacts Rip-off Report with a plan, we will be glad to make arrangements with them to e-mail those of you who filed a Rip-off Report. ..CLICK below to read more about our policy.. ... NOTE: The above is not legal advise. Victims should seek legal advice to be sure.

US Bancorp Offer

We have also been approached by USBancorp for a settlement. They offered to take off just over 50% off the lease, and set up payments over 3 years. I have further talked them down another 10%. I am not yet happy, because we will lose our rights to sue...but if I can get it down lower, I will be satisfied and call it a day. I suspect that they are worried they will lose in court, or that they contracts will be voided outright...but unfortunately I don't know for sure.

Any other comments about USBancorp offers would be appreciated.

US Bancorp Deal

HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY US BANCORP WITH A CONTRACT OF THEIR OWN REDUCING THE TOTAL RENTAL EXPENSE FROM 257.00 A MONTH TO 169.00. OF COURSE THEY HAVE FAXED US A MODIFIED CONTRACT WHICH WILL NOT ALLOW US TO SUE THEM.

HAS ANYONE BEEN CONTACTED WITH THE SAME OFFER.

IS IT ADVISABLE OR IS THERE A CHANCE WE CAN GET OUT FROM UNDER THE RENTAL
