Norwegian Cruise Line Fausto Rojas Misinformed me about the cruise cancellation deadline Nationwide

I hired a consultant to book a cruise cabin for me. Later on I wished to cancel due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. They told me that the last cancellation date before fine, is July 25th, however in reality it was July 24th. My family waited until the supposed deadline to see if anything regarding the pandemic would change, or the cruise regulations. When seeing that the situation was getting worse, I emailed, called, and texted Mr. Rojas to cancel my booking. He never replied to me and ignored all attempts I made to sort my vacation out. I called the main Norwegian customer service number only to find then, that the deadline was yesterday. The representative was sorry to hear my troubles and assured me that they would sort my situation out and report Mr. Rojas for the trouble he caused. As he was the only one who knew everything about my booking process, he was the only one who might be able to take the cancellation fee away, or at least upgrade my cabin to one with a view outside. He has yet to respond to my messages.
