Read every complaint listed ion this website- it's all true- this company is the company FROM Hell...I worked there 4 1/2 years in reservations- I know the facts- I left because I could no longer be a part of the lies, scams, etc...They couldn't care less about their employees, NOR the customers. not yet mentioned is that the food on their cruises Is WORST than average- that you can find anywhere in the industry ratinga-- I know for fact having taklen the cruise from hell.

By the anger in your short, but to the point report, I can't help but think you have a personal issue with NCL.

That being said, I have to agree with you. I once cruised NCL regulary. I loved the old "ward" ships. (ie Skyward, Seaward, etc...) But then they went to that aweful Freestyle cruising and everything fell apart, especially the on-board service.

Recently, I was talked into cruising on the Pride of Hawaii with some family. I reluctently agreed. At first, I was impressed. The ship looked very nice. However, I was quickly reminded of the sub-par service I remembered about NCL. Nothing has changed. And now NCL is definately a thing of the past for me.
