Complaint Review: noseright

Ordered their product on line, paid them , and was told I would receive it within 7-10 days. Came in 11 days, package was empty and contacted them about this. Requested a refund and was told they couldn't find my order and needed more info. Sent them the info again, and was still hassled--threatened to report them  and they finally found my information and promised to refund my money.( also sent them a copy of the envelop with the USPS official stamp showing no content). It has now been 4 days and still no credit back on my charge card. I believe this is a scam from the type of correspondence I had with them. Very unprofessional and the wording says they are not for real.
