Chris, Mal is truly despicable and a complete liar. I highly doubt that she paid anyone back, because you obviously were her latest victim. Maybe she is only regifting those who are listed with her, but then where are the hoards of people to attest to her kindness?

If I was was her, would I be telling you to report her and NOSS123 to the BBB, FTC, and Attorney General. If you and others who have lost money in this scam do this then you may have a chance to get some of your money back if the FTC decides to go after the leaders of this club.

This Mal didn't even go through the appropriate procedures that NOSS123 instructs. Of course these appropriate procedures try to make an illegal transaction look legal (FTC definition). This is yet another reason not to join these illegal pyramid gifting schemes, you never know who you are dealing with. Most of these internet money making schemes attract the greediest people around who are about getting as much money as possible from whoever they can.

I would suggest to you Chris, to file a complaint with the FTC. You can go to their website and they have directions on how to do this (Just do a search on "Gifting Club" on their website). I would also file a complaint with your state's Attorney General as well as the Better Business Bureau and describe exactly what happend with your interaction with Mal and NOSS123. This will put NOSS123 on the Government's sights and when criminal charges start to be filed they may make the perpetrators of this scheme pay back the money they received, as they did in other cases such as these. i signed nothing no gifting statement or anything didnt even get a number for being a member from her she was gone as soon as she had the dough nothing was complete except her deception period. Chris, you gave Mal a gift pf 3500 dollars without expectation of a promised return what-so-ever. The money is a GIFT between 2 consenting adults in a private manner. Didn't you say or sign something to this affect when you gave your gift?

The IRS defines a Gift as the following:

When I gave a gift of 100 dollars to my niece for her Birthday last month I didn't come on ripoffreport and start calling her "a thief", "she stole from me", "she robbed me", "she's a con artist". It's suppose to be a good feeling to give. Could it be Chris, that you were exepecting some type of material return for your gift? One she contacted me and gave me a very good story and yes she has been in noss for a long period of time and is a trainer so she talked me right into spending 3500.00 only as soon as she gets my money she starts this s**t here on the ripoff forum while im asking for my money back and getting no where with her. You tried to go it alone, but quickly realized how hard it is to sell this
So you joined with the winners in noss and became a trainer
You obviously were then able to attract people who were willing to join
When they didn't get anywhere after starting in at the $500 level you brushed aside their negativity and enticed them to go for the $1000 and $2000 level anyway. When they did this (or didn't do this) and things still didn't go well for them you abandoned them and went on to the next victim.
Your guilt for not helping them persist in noss is what led you to where you are now.

Are you saying that not one of the people that you got started in noss ever made it work?

So I must think that you stopped at some point to find out what was the hold up because in theory noss is a great system and should work easily for everyone. So some one told you to go to your AG's office. The AG's office told you of how pyramid schemes work and that noss was a pyramid. I doubt you believed this because noss is not a pyramid under any structure that you could find.

From your lack of fear from the AG's office is it safe to assume that even though they could not prove that NOSS is a pyramid scheme, that they wanted to procecuted you anyway because of your actions while in the NOSS and you are now to paying volluntary restitution for your involvment in noss "or else"?

Chris doesn't speak for all of us. On the contrary I think your comments are at least thought provoking. I apologize for him because I can see that he is irate at your actions in the past and now.

Let me ask you something. Did anyone who has persisted in NOSS ever lose any money? Did you lose money? Isn't it true that the only people who lost money in NOSS are those who gave up and did not persist? If the 2 above statements are true, then no fraud charges can be claimed against NOSS.

Also your claim that NOSS is an Illegal Pyramid are totally unfounded. Just compare NOSS' structure to every government agency's description of a Pyramid Scheme. NOSS will not collapse because of your defamation here or because new people who are interested in NOSS decide not to do so. WHY? It is because everyone who is already in NOSS cannot and will not lose money even if no new people apply to NOSS. Only those who just got in and are scared away by your scare tatics will lose.
