Complaint Review: Not Known For Sure - Caller ID Says "Sandri Lawrence"

I receive a phone call every morning that has an automated message asking me if I want to consolidate my debt to which I usually hang up. A couple of times I have followed the recording's instruction and "pressed 1" to speak to a phone representative so that I can request to be taken off their list. When I do, I get connected to a NASTY operator who hangs up on me and/or cusses at me and disconnects our conversation.

I decided to research it this morning and do a reverse phone lookup and discovered literally hundreds of the same complaint and no one can figure out who this person is. The only thing we're all left with is the phone number (305-654-1842) and the name on the account (Sandri Lawrence from FL). People receive the same call every day and it needs to be stopped. My biggest concern is that folks are actually passing along their valuable credit information and getting their identity stolen!!

When I called Bellsouth Telecomm (the provider to the scammer's account) to report what was going on, the operator told me she could do nothing and that I needed to call my local non-emergency police line (311) to report phone harassment and/or fraud. I called the police and they told me to call the Swindle Department to report phone harassment and/or fraud. I hope something can be done about this!
