This business had an obscure survey which at the end offered a free product that only required me to pay a small shipping fee. The following month I received the product again along with a charge of approx $200.00. Upon calling the company they offered me a refund of 25% of the cost initially. When I spoke my mind and told them I would report them they decided they could refund me approximately 50% of the original bill. They have offered me $94.94. I am about to ship the product back to them. It remains to be seen if they will actually keep their word and give the refund. I feel that it is ridiculous that they are getting back unopened, unharmed product that they can use to scam someone else with and only refunding me 50% of what I paid. I just don't want anyone else to be scammed like I was.
