 Regarding NOUVALIFT: I ordered a sample of their product, the offer was to pay for shipping only, which I did on my Debit card, I have received only the sample but was charged an additional $99.95, ... when I called the company to say that I had not ordered anything but the sample, I was told that they would "cancel my account" and submit my request for a refund of the $99.95. I have repeated this process ... four more times, each time I was assured that it would be processed and that I would receive an email confirming the refund . I received no such email or refund. When I asked yet another manager named "Sergio" why I should believe what he said when I had been told the same thing by 4 other managers , he repeated that he would contact the appropriate office and have the refund processed and hung up on me, I was not rude in any way, so he was not provoked into ending my call so abruptly. I will call my bank and try to have them resolve this problem. I would like to know if there is anything that can be done collectively to stop this and other companies who are so dishonest, especially since there seems to be many more such complaints. This company should not be allowed to prey on the public this way,. Sandra
