Nouveau Riche NOUVEAU RIP OFF!!! Scottsdale Arizona
I have lived all of your experiences so I won't bore anyone with another rendition of the same old story. Nouveau Riche is a Rip-Off, MLM company whose alledged product is Real Estate Investing. Their properties as everyone knows are advertised as the greatest thing since sliced bread. In reality they are in underpopulated depressed areas wherein the RME (Real Market Expert) goes and hammers out a deal with the developer or property owner that will benefit everyone except the buyer.
Buyer beware! The buyer always gets screwed! I lost over $100K on a RME "Deal". Now the home is in foreclosure. I joined Nouveau Riche after meeting Cheri Tree. I have also met Kecia Wimmer, Jim Piccolo, Bob Snyder, and all the rest. Greed drives these people, nothing else.
There are unfortunately just too many bad stories about Nouveau Riche

Complaint Misses the Mark...
#2Consumer Suggestion
Tue, March 24, 2009
Mr. or Mrs. Up -
May I just call you "Fed"? Snarkiness aside, there is a thread of legitimacy to your complaint, but it is slight.
My sense is that whatever you did, you mis-managed the deal. I personally know 7 individuals with off-the-charts winning experiences using the Real Market Experts (RME). In any case, Real Estate Investing has risks, and there are no guarantees. In my experience, RME goes further toward ensuring success than any other approach, especially the go-it-alone approach.
With your indulgence, I'd like to correct some misstatements you made. First, Nouveau Riche is a direct-sales company, not an MLM. The compensation model is the same used by hundreds of thousands of insurance sales professionals across the globe. You are mentored for your first few sales, the commissions of which are paid to your mentor for the training. After that, and forever after, you don't pay a dime to anyone else. Ever again.
Secondly, the product is NOT real estate investing. The actual product is practitioner-based college-level EDUCATION. The company sells entrepreneurial-oriented education and allows licensed affiliates to market that education for a commission. The lowest commission is 50%. That's FIFTY percent.
If Jackson Hole Wyoming and Denver Colorado are samples of RME's underpopulated, depressed areas, then perhaps Atlanta Georgia, Chicago, Illinois, or another major city where RME has found and tenanted properties for the community would be more to your liking.
Fed, here's the bottom line. This isn't for everybody. Not everyone has the entrepreneurial bent and will not be able to work this business. That's great, it does not make anyone less of an individual, it simply means those people are not cut out to do what it takes. Thank God there are so many other things to do in this world.
I would like to leave you with this. I see Jim Piccolo's and Bob Snyder's actions - things that are not public and are not touted - and if ever there were off-the-charts caring individuals in the business community, these are them. I have started and operated 5 companies since 1985 and I'm hanging my hat on my affiliation with Nouveau Riche because of the people, the products, the ethics, and the opportunity.
Oh, the thread of legitimacy to your complaint? Well, there is some greed involved here - some expectation of instant and sky-high riches. And it's not Jim or Bob.
