Complaint Review: Nouveau skincare

 I ordered free samples of nouveau skin care serum and tranquille eye cream. All I had to pay was shipping and handling. That was around 12/13/15. On 12/25/15 I am charged for two separate charges, one for 89.75 and one for 84.75. I did not agree to these charges. My attempts to reach the company have failed at this point. I will be working with my bank to try and recover these charges. There is nothing on the site that states that they will start sending you product and charging you anything. This is just criminal.
