Complaint Review: Nova Development

I purchased Scrapbook Factory Deluxe at the price of $39.95 form Nova Development on February 10th, 2004 at about 6:00pm in which I spent $10.24 to have it delivered FedEx 2nd Day.

I called Nova on February 12th, 2004 at about 6:00pm because I had not received my purchase yet. The guy I spoke to said that I should receive my order today the 12th and gave me the tracking number to look up.

I went to FedEx.com and found out that my order was not scheduled to be delivered until February 13th, 2004 before 7:00pm.

I called Nova back and told the guy, then he said that because I ordered it after 12:00pm that it will not be here until the 13th.

He said that the day the order is processed on and sent out does not count for one of the days. I told him that it does not say anything like that on the internet and that I ordered it 2nd day delivery so the 11th is day one and the 12th is day two and the day I should get my order, not on the 3rd day which is the 13th.

He then said that there is nothing they can do. It wouldn't be that big of a deal except that I paid $10.24 extra to get it on the second day, and that he first said that I should get it on the 12th but then changed his day to the 13th.
