Complaint Review: Via Nova Law

I hired Mr Flores in order to sue a solar company.  He started taking money, but didn't start doing any work.  The solar company went bankrupt and to my knowledge, Mr. Flores did not put any claim in and I missed my opportunity.  I then asked to see what work he did and he promised to send an accounting, but was just lying. 

After many calls he still wouldn't provide anything so I had a friend send a termination notice to him in trust to make sure he stops taking any more funds from me.  My friend emailed all their company emails to send this termination notice to and even called and verbally expressed that all work was to cease and accounting was demanded because we believe he didn't do any work.  Mr Flores ignored all notices but spoke with me on the phone and I confirmed my intent to terminate him and get a full accounting.  That was about the beginning of October.  Then after promising an accounting to this day he has not provided anything but lies and he yet again charged me $980 on October 10th even after the termination notice and multiple phone calls. Then a month later he stole another $980.00 yet again on November 10th!  This is of course a classic case of criminal breach of trust and theft that definitely requires the BAR to disbar this this man.  Mr Flores has already had disciplinary charges filed against him twice in State Bar Court in the last two years. 

There is no excuse for this straight up criminal theft and this level of unprofessional misconduct and I have a witness that witnessed every step. We gave up trying to find a remedy with him directly this morning when my friend called to ask why he still hasn't provided any accounting or refund as promised weeks ago.  His response was "go ahead and report me, knock yourself out, f*ck off.  GO F*CK OFF!"  

Do not hire this liar who has made me lose all faith in ever hiring any attorney ever again.  After at least $3920.00 I had to cancel my credit card fearing he'd steal even more funds.
