Complaint Review: Nova Star Mortgage

This company is/was a fraud whereby they ripped people off when getting a loan, then puts negative information on your credit reports, like being late on your mortgage, which I have never ever in my life been late with a mortgage payment. I tried to call Nova Star CEO and explain that their tactics were against the law and after I spoke to him, he flagged my account and said that I could not speak to anyone in person anymore and that I could no longer pay my mortgage on line, and said that all future correspondence with them must be done through th US mail.

This company has ruined my credit and they are a bunch of crooks. I need help in getting my 30 day late off my credit reports. I had to re-fi because they were so horrible and it cost me over $60,000 in pre-payment penalties and costs. Someone please turn me on to an Attorney who does class action lawsuits.
