Complaint Review: Novadownload Megadownload Prolast

i paid to download some computer software for my car. it did not work. they have charged me for something that did not work . i have tried to cancel my account but none of the links work, so i have had to cancel my credit card .if i did not do this they wher going to carry on taking money of my card every month unless i cancelled my account. i have tried contacting the billing firm which is prolast but no joy there. it seems this company prolast is well known. according to what i have read on the internet the trouble is you cant check up on them untill its to late
