Dear Sir,

After being ripped off by this company: Novapointe - Trugenics, of 2060 E. Francis Street, Ontario California, 91761, U.S.A. Phone Number: 866-370-7271, I looked up "Hoodia" in Google and found your site. I was happy to see Cheryl's letter and your advice on how to solve the problem through the bank.

The same happened to me. Before going to the bank, I called the Novapointe customer service number above. The woman answering talked about not being able to access my account, due to "updating their system", but took my details and promised to remove me from their customer list and not to charge my account again.

About the previous shipments (2) that I had not asked for, she asked me if I had read the "terms and conditions" on their site, before ordering. If I would have read them carefully, I would have seen that included in my "free" 14 day trial is a continuing "service" of sending me monthly fulfillments, unless I notify them during the 14 days to cancel these future shipments.

Their original web site - www.hoodiaforfree.com is no longer up, so I can not check her claim. I imagine that the facts are correct, as in order to be usefull, every lie must have some base in truth. If so, is your suggestion of filing a "Federal Regulation E" dispute form still legitimate and/or workable.

Sincerely Yours,

Aharon
